The Digital Provost of our institution recently appeared before the National Assembly for the official defence of the institution’s proposed budget. The session provided an opportunity to present and justify the planned expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year.
During the defence, the Provost highlighted key priority areas including infrastructure development, improvement of digital learning facilities, staff training, research support, and enhancement of students’ welfare. Special emphasis was placed on strengthening ICT infrastructure to align with modern educational standards and support effective teaching and learning.
The National Assembly committee commended the institution’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and digital transformation. The budget defence demonstrated the leadership’s dedication to prudent financial management and sustainable institutional growth.
