Holds Strategic Planning Retreat for Sustainable Development.
The Federal Cooperative College Kaduna recently held a one-day strategic planning retreat with the theme “Towards a Sustainable Future”. The program, attended by all management staff, aimed to identify challenges facing the college and proffer solutions for sustainable development.

Retreat Activities
The retreat featured a SWOT analysis exercise, where participants were divided into syndicate groups to tackle specific aspects of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. This collaborative approach enabled the identification of key challenges and opportunities facing various departments.

Provost’s Opening Address.
In his opening address, the Provost emphasized the importance of approaching the retreat with an open mind, forward-thinking spirit, and collaborative heart. He stressed that the future of the college is in the hands of its staff and that the decisions made during the retreat would determine the kind of institution they would leave for future generations.
